Search Listings by Loan Type
Right now, there is not a filter where agents or consumers can search listings or set up saved searched by filtering by the loan type (filtering by VA, FHA, Conventional, etc). If this could be a feature added, that would be great!

I currently don't use the KW search for my buyers unless they're using a conventional loan. I work primarily with veterans and want the listings I send them to reflect what is available for their loan type. We can't always see what may be keeping a home from going VA, USDA, or FHA in the photos so it's less confusing for my buyers to filter their automated search by their financing term. IF I could use the KW search, everything would integrate as it should. At this time I have to send up to 3 separate search emails in order to access the financing term filter.
