Customize Landing Page Lead Source
I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.
For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source from the system named KW Landing Page, rather than KW Landing Page My Builder. By customizing the source to KW Landing Page My Builder, I could establish an automatic tag that would facilitate the creation of a smart plan. This would enable me to present myself as an expert and offer new leads with links, videos, or any other pertinent materials I choose to include in the smart plan. I would also be able to incorporate tasks and follow-up items.

This idea has been posted since 2/15/2023. I would really like for this to get rolled out as soon as possible. I would like to capture leads and have them added to a funnel so I can respond based on what they are looking at on the landing page. I like to use social media. I have a buyer guide and a seller guide. I would like to have different landing pages so that when they fill out the contact form on a "seller guide landing page", I can have that contact added to a smartplan that automatically emails a link to the seller guide for download. Then I could tell that the lead is a potential seller. Please please PLEASE release this feature!!

I believe KW Command would benefit from a true funnel system—an automated, intelligent follow-up process that guides leads based on their behaviors and responses.
Here's the vision:
When someone signs up for a homebuyer class (or hits any lead trigger), it kicks off a customized SmartPlan-style funnel. Based on their responses (for example: “Are you currently working with a lender? Yes or No”), they automatically branch off into the appropriate next steps. Each step could trigger a specific email, text, call reminder, or tag, depending on how they engage. Why this matters:
It saves agents time
It ensures leads don’t slip through the cracks
It creates a consistent client experience
It turns leads into warm conversations faster
It reduces the need for outside CRMs and keeps us inside KW Command
What we need:
A more flexible, logic-based system inside SmartPlans that allows for conditional logic (if/then), behavior tracking, and branching automations—essentially, a true funnel builder within Command. -

I run a team out of Command. I would like the option to source leads to certain agents using the agent's subdomain and source via an affiliate on the end of the url. We advertise their listings and it would be nice to track which sources that we pay for are bringing us the most leads.
EX. Josh.utahroostslc.kw.com/123mainst/src?=instagram
or/src?=facebook /src?=google /src?=linktree and that is the source for the lead.
The lead would directly go to that agent's team contact account. Owner: Utah Roost team, Assignee: Josh, Source: Instagram, Address: 123 Main St.
Currently I can only do a ?kwuid=123456 to source to a certain agent with no custimazations for sourcing leads.
