To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. I have been currently trying to up the SEO on my agent site. After running screenshots and video of our expert mode through AI I have found that we are missing some options to make the SEO on our pages better. First and probably the most important thing is we have no control over the meta description for our sites.   2. The "Local Listing Services Provided By [Office Name]" text appears on listings on our agents websites on their listings under the listing office brokerage information.
    This needs to be removed entirely so that only the listing agent's information is present, to ensure lead capture is directed solely to the listing agent.

  3. This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.

    The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. The listing brokerage and phone numbers are only displayed in the Listings Details. Showing that information on the thumbnails refrains our agents from promoting their Command…

  4. Agents need the ability to see analytics of their listings like number of clicks, views, saves. In a shifting market, and longer days on markets, agents need to be able to build reports and share data with sellers.

  5. for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. EVERY kw agent should be able to use this function, regardless of their location. it should automatically default to town/city or zip code. and neighborhoods should be for those that want to go more in depth. not being able to send out…

  7. We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:
    1. Add a Check box: Have you signed with a Buyer Agent?

    1. Add space for the name of the Agent that the buyer is represented by. (If the answer is "Yes")

  8. Why can't we add the modules that are available for custom pages to default pages? Mostly just looking for a rich text module option on the about the agent page - the formatting for the default agent modules is terrible.

  10. Have the ability for the agents to have the KWCARES page branded to the agent website and have terminology that it is community driven for this event and not agent to agent support . Ability to show cash collected is directed to this disaster.

  11. Option to add a "Site Search" module OR search field to page navigation to allows visitors to search for specific keywords within the Agent/Team Site (not property search).

    Agents want visitors to their site to be able to search the published content of their KW Site, so they can help their clients more easily find a specific blog posts or resources they've shared.

  12. It is VERY challenging to get a KW DBA logo to fit into the spot near the bottom of the website (where contact information is). Instead of having to do all the guess-work, having an auto-fit logo that formats for the agent would completely solve this issue. It took me 10 days of communication with KW Support, and I ended up finding a resolution on my own.

  13. When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.

  14. On the About Me page, make the "My Preferred Vendors" module optional. Currently, I am unable to disable it.

    While many agents find value in sharing trusted local resources, not all agents are comfortable formally vetting, endorsing, or promoting third-party service providers. For some of us, recommending vendors introduces an element of risk that we prefer to avoid.

  16. I am looking to add search criteria for finance types on our client facing websites. For instance USDA (Rural Development), VA, FHA, etc.. I also wouldn't mind any other search criteria that has been recommended. The more the merrier to me. Thank you in advance for looking into this

  17. When viewing my KW website—or any other KW agent's site—in Firefox or Chrome, there is a brief moment before the page loads where you can see icons and text.

    I shared the issue with my web designer who thinks it's because KW agent sites do not have a pre-loader.

    Consider adding one or otherwise address this issue because it looks like a mistake.

  18. I've been using the Real Scout/Real Intent tools for several months. Every single day, I get multiple notifications that my clients, contacts and people from the zip codes I've specified, have viewed the home valuation reports they are sent monthly. I never see that from Command. The RS/RI platform appears to be VERY sticky for sellers- something we're all hoping to accomplish. I'd like to see something similar from KW. Additionally, RS/RI allows me to see the activity of each contact, and to communicate with them through the portal. Not sure if it's possible to integrate this functionality into Command,…

  19. A dedicated section on the agent site where consumers could search for coming soon listings. This should pull the listings from the Internal Listings Shared with KW Agents Internationally. That way agents could post listings that are coming soon or yet to hit MLS making it easier for consumers to discover upcoming properties.
