Remove the listing brokerage name and phone # from the websites thumbnails for Canadian listings
This would apply to Agent and Team sites and Consumer App.
The listings thumbnails our our Command websites display the name and phone number of the listing brokerage. This is not a requirement or is an incorrect reading of the rules. Realtor.ca, for example only displays the address, price, beds and baths and square footage. Remax websites only show the price, address, beds and bats as well as the MLS # in small font. seo control in expert mode
I have been currently trying to up the SEO on my agent site. After running screenshots and video of our expert mode through AI I have found that we are missing some options to make the SEO on our pages better. We need to know if the potential buyer is working an agent and this could be added in two ways:

give us the ability to use market reports for towns and zip codes instead of neighborhoods
for my entire service area, which geographically is huge, there are only two neighborhoods available to select. both of which are incorrect. we do not have the ability to send market reports to any of our buyers, or sellers, from command. neighborhoods should be a specialty thing, thats in addition to the standard market report function. its backwords. When a member of multiple market centers allow agent to select primary market center in the consumer app and on their site instead of the defaulting to the lowest market center ID number

Open House form completion page has generic QR code, not agent specific one.
When guests fill out the openhouse sign in form, the completion screen invites the guest to use the KW App via a generic QR code. This should be linked instead to the agent specific KW app. With the generic one, the guest has to remember your name and find you in the agent list. It's a lost opportunity.

Website Content Search on KW Sites
Option to add a "Site Search" module OR search field to page navigation to allows visitors to search for specific keywords within the Agent/Team Site (not property search).
Agents want visitors to their site to be able to search the published content of their KW Site, so they can help their clients more easily find a specific blog posts or resources they've shared.

Alternate Currencies for Mortgage Calculator Modules
KWW Agents located outside of the US and Canada would like a version of the Mortgage Calculator module that supports alternate currency (ex. Euros) or for the built-in Mortgage Calculator module to be customizable to support Euros and other non-USD currency.

Agent Website Home Search
There should be an option for us to have pre-loaded city searches on our website just like Zillow. This will allow us to compete with third party search engines and direct clients to KW websites by using titles such as "'City' Homes for Sale" as the website title for our desired targeted areas.

I’d like to propose a multi-category blog system enhancement for KW Command websites that allows agents to organize and display their content more effectively. Currently, all blog posts in Command exist as standalone pages under one generic “Blog” section, which limits both SEO optimization and user experience. Update estimated monthly tax pmt to reflect new sales price, not an old one.
Have the monthly pmt widget show an accurate monthly tax pmt at the new offer price, not the old selling price. Often times homes that sold 20 years ago have a tax basis 5 to 10 X less than current market values. This means that the widget shows a tax payment which is incredibly low and inaccurate.
Example: A home is on the market for $1.3M yet the widget shows a monthly tax pmt of $91/mo, based on a 1995 selling price of $135k.
The correct estimated tax pmt should be ~1% of the $1.3M price, which is $1,083/mo.1 vote -

My lead inbox has filled with spam and bots using a WhatsApp number as their sole source of contact. They are not legit leads, so I propose each lead gets flagged if they type the word.

Allow Agent to View Consumer Created Saved Searches
Many other CRM's allow you to view your client's saved searches. This is vital to understand what homes your clients are seeing. We also need a BCC feature on saved searches so we get notified when a client gets notified of a new home in their search parameters.

Allow agent to set up a lead management rule based on a specific landing page. Under "source" the options are; 1. Landing Page, 2. KW Landing Page, 3. KW Landing Page (site), and 4. Neighborhood Landing Page. In this section, the agent should be able to choose WHICH landing page.

Add Extra Security to Contact Forms
We're currently getting way too many spam leads through our agent websites. It would be great to see a multi-factor authentication or something saying that "I'm not a human" before people submit a form that can help alleviate the amount of spam leads that come in through the websites.

Add SELL button above the search bar on agent website
Add SELL button above the search bar on agent website, near the BUY and RENT buttons. When someone clicks on it, they would instantly be directed to the Home Valuation page.
