Allow MCA to View SSN
For the State of MN in order for us to look up agents licenses or do license renewals we need their full SSN and it will be very hard to have to search through agents onboarding paperwork to find their SSN each time we need it.

Especially with TINs and 1099s each year, if there is a mistake with the SSN or EIN I can't even check it

Some of us use the socials as part of our onboardings to set codes for each agent in the office. Some are even needed to move licenses between brokers. Crucial to be able to view it
Not to mentioned creating a card file in AE need social or at least last 4

We were always able to see it as necessarily in Winmore, why would it not be available to us in command? This caused major issues when processing 1099s this year

It's critical. especially with older records. With the turnover of the role, records may not have been as meticulous as needed. So onboarding paperwork may not be available. And without being able to see the full ssn in CommandMC, we are crippled while attempting to do our job duties.

MCA needs to be able to see the social security assigned to an agents profile in the administration applet like we could in WinMORE. When trouble shooting SSNs, we cannot determine if the agent entered their own social security number wrong or not.

The market center needs to verify the SSN number and name to 1099 correctly so that we are not fined by IRS. In addition, we verify for child support and/or employment verifications based on the agents' SSN in addition to their name.
