In the Associates Applet under timeline on the associate it would be great if it indicated which one of the leadership had the interaction with the Agent. Right now we indicate that with Initials at the end of the details, but not everyone remembers to do that. If there are questions or followup needed I think it would be a good idea to know who had the meeting or call.

Under the notes section and the timeline, can you add a name stamp of the leadership person adding the notes. This would be helpful since we are often tag teaming the communication.

Currently in CommandMC when a smartplan is assigned to an recruit/agent we can not see who on leadership have activated the smartplan. For accountabiluty reasons I think having in the timeline who activated that smartplan on the conatct should be included. I am not sure if this is the same function on the team side as well.

When adding an activity to the Timeline you cant see who left the action like in the notes section. You also cannot delete or edit an added activity in the Timeline like you can in the Notes tab.
