Expanded filters in Dials, answered, appointments held and set
Our market center is trying to use CommandMC as our main CRM. As a staff, we completed monthly care calls to our associates. We track who is completing their dials and notes on the agents. As of right now, I can not see if our associates are receiving dials as it lumps recruits & associates together AND I cannot see who completed the dial.
I would like to be able to see this information in a report AND even better would be able to have a dashboard where I can see which staff are in the lead and gamify their calls, but separate agents and recruits.
