Sort by Month and Year for any date field
We would like to be able to sort by month easily for any date column in reports. If a date column is added, clicking in the filter box there is a bunch of different ways to sort but there is no field to sort by a specific month. You can click the timeframe and click say all of the September month/year but when you have been open a long time, this is quite time consuming. Adding a tab there for month would be very helpful. I can see a case use for searching by a particular month for every date column. I am specifically needing MC Start Date column to save me time every month.

The use of this that I do the most is monthly we pull agent anniversaries of joining the market center for our sales meeting. This means that I need the list of every agent that say joined in September of every year. All of the sorting goes by oldest to newest and not by month.
