Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.
Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

As other people have said, it's not a problem of the clicks it takes to get the documents its that they are separate documents. We should be able to select to download them combined or separately. Nichole San Miguel also mentioned saving images/tracking the changes to the DA that would be amazing as well, though I think separate from this particular issue.

Where would you expect to see these custom fields in the Associate record? Would it be on a specific tab, on the left sidebar, etc? Where would you set up these custom fields (ex: in the Admin Applet)? Who would be allowed to create and edit these custom fields? Would they need to be marked as required?

A warning would be good, but some people are not going to read that anyway. There should definitely be a way for an MCA to not approve the termination request. If they all have to be approved, what is the point of having us involved at all? Also there is a separate idea for the Agent being the one to put in the reason, which also makes way more sense than us doing it. Lastly, someone mentioned a return feature for when edits need to be made. That is really how this should be working!
