Allow Guest Users for Individual Agents
Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

Yes!! We must have a leverage-friendly system - for individual agents as much as teams.

I’d like to suggest adding a permission setting that allows a Transaction Coordinator to have access only to the specific transaction they are assigned to, rather than the entire database.
Having a restricted access point for individual transactions would make it much easier for agents to work with TCs while maintaining privacy and security within their database. It could also open the door for more agents to offer TC services on the side without needing to switch their license to referral status.
From conversations I’ve had with other agents, many hesitate to bring in another licensed agent as a TC because it requires giving them access to their full database. If the system allowed access to just the transaction they are working on, it would create a more comfortable solution for everyone while still allowing agents to collaborate efficiently.

I am a solo agent with a team of admin, transaction coordinator and marketing manager and they need access to my account and now they have to use my log in and is critical that they have access to my account accordingly to their position.
Thanks! -

This would be really helpful for many agents I onboard.

We have an in house TC who processes for 80 % of our agents in the office. Not having the ability slows down all of the processes drastically.

I agree. I'd like to add an admin who has limited access. I already have a TC, but they don't have access to Command. This feature will allow me to expand my business as recommended in the MREA book.
If there are suggestions on how to grant Command access, please let me know.

And comments/notes an assistant enters should have their name.
And I agree with Cynthia Benbow, we should be able to grant several types of access. Some admins don't need all of it. -

Would be a great feature so assistants don’t have access to my clients personal info

Agree, a successful individual agent who wants an admin should not have to be set up as a Team in order to do so.

I agree with this. I would like to be able to add my Transaction Coordinator, which is recommended as Leveraging in KW, to my Command but with limited access. These TC work for a lot of different agents and I would like to protect my database, etc. So limited access would be a necessity, but unfortunately I can not do as an individual agent.

Not having this is creating huge problems. Have had agents threaten to leave with the trouble this is causing.

This is incredibly important to address. Since the conception of command, we were told TC's would have some login system to access all of their agents/opportunities in one place. It's not happened yet. The verification mails are causing so many issues for TC's logging in to assist agents.

Teams get it - individuals use TCs as well!

This is absolutely critical and must addressed ASAP. We need to have an avenue for TCs to have an administrative log in to assist their agents. Leverage is crucial.
