Turn off Notifications for KW Fees for DAs
Stop sending out notifications to the agents when KW fees are added the DA. They are getting these notifications, even if you don't add them. They are for the KW Cares, KW Next Gen, and BOLD. I have had several agents contact me freaking out as they have not signed up for these deductions, and we didn't enter anything in for those fields. Just turn it off or if the agent wants to add it, then a notification should be sent in Command that the MCA is notified that the agent added it, and only then. I have had several files that the fees were in there and I know that agent didn't sign up for it, so I have to contact them to make sure it was them and not just a glitch in the system.
