They should be in an order and by close date....
Submitted / Resubmitted / Change - at the top with soonest date in the top of that section, then
Request for terminated - again soonest close date in the top of that section, then
Open - again soonest close date in the top of that section, then
Closed transaction - in order by closing date again.Right now I think it is by ID number order, which does nothing for prioritizing DAs to work on.

It would be great if when an agent enters an Vendor, that they would have to upload a copy of the actual W-9 inside that request. As of right now, when the MCA has to approve those vendors you have no clue what file they are adding it for, so we are hoping they know how to enter it correctly.....we should have to review the w-9 prior to approving their submission.
ALSO, there should be a place in the Vendor screen when entering them to enter the information from w-9 for tax forms at the end of the year, but there should also be a separate line for where to send funds. We have had several vendors that their checks go one place, but for taxation their w-9 has a different address. Right now whatever address you put in is the address that will print on the DA. This really needs changed!

Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.
Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

It would be nice to have an image saved of the DA, instead of us having to download it from transaction, then we have to upload it into the documents in the opp. And it would be very helpful for a FINAL DA be auto generated when closed out. But each image kept.

FINAL DA - when it is closed out.It would also be nice to be able to copy and paste when an agent emails us for an updated DA in a NOTE, that way we can track why DAs are needing updated. Could help identify what training may be needed for agents or staff.

When we download the DAs, it would be great if it would send an image to the Documents in Command, so that we don't have to download each page and then upload each page. It should image it instead of just downloading it. It would also be great to be able to print if needed instead of downloading then printing. Saves time!

Could you explain which metrics you would like to track progress for? The Month End Close tracker includes Totals for all Market Centers at the bottom, including for Agent Count, Gross, Net, Appointments, and Key Financial numbers.

Not just this...we should be able to email directly from the transaction screen. We shouldn't have to download, add stuff, then have to upload it into the Opp, then email it out to escrow and agents. TIME ******!
We need to a better way of emailing and printing the DAs without having to download, and all the extra steps. The agent's emails should auto populate to their preferred email. In the Opp Details the agent should be have a spot for them to enter who is doing escrow with their email address, and when emailing it out we should be able to check a box as to who is getting the DA - check agent, TC, escrow and Admin on teams. If the agent already has to enter it in the notes for their DA request, why not have it just as a field for them to enter in the opp details.
Also, there should be a side bar category for Notes/Email captures....so the agent can add personal notes about the file. They can also see when the DA was sent to escrow and them on what date and what was said in the email. That would give an audit trail.
When sending out the DA there should be an auto image uploaded into the documents as a custom folder.....DA #1, DA #2, and so on for each requested change. And when closing out the DA, you should be able to have an option to image the FINAL DA and it auto populates again into a custom folder ladled as FINAL DA.
