It would be most helpful if we could select a printing default. I understand that the current way might work for some MCs, but for a lot of us, it adds so many additional clicks having to print them off page by page.

The option most helpful would be to have the DA & Agent Detail page able to download as 1 combined PDF. I dont think that should be the automatic feature as not all market centers may use this the same way. It would be great if we could set a default for our MC

We use the first page of the DA to send to title prior to the closing. The second page of the DA helps the agents. Often they match their deposit to the second page to see what deductions have been taken out. Our compliance would like both as one pdf. Thanks!

Yes, being able to choose which option would work - or allowing us to set our own default would be better

As other people have said, it's not a problem of the clicks it takes to get the documents its that they are separate documents. We should be able to select to download them combined or separately. Nichole San Miguel also mentioned saving images/tracking the changes to the DA that would be amazing as well, though I think separate from this particular issue.

we provide the DA and agent detail page to the agents at the time the DA is created. We currently have to drop the DA AND the Agent Detail page into the agent's opportunity separately and it would save us time if both were together as one pdf - only have to drop it in once. we use closed status when the transaction funds and the commissions are posted

The option to automatically print would be helpful, however the main part of the issue for us is that many of our agents want to see page 1 of the DA plus the details page all in one file. In the past we have uploaded these files to their documents, and now we have 2-4+ files that used to be one PDF that could be uploaded to a single slot.

Maybe a separate idea, but agents having access to download the DA file(s) on their own would be super helpful as well.

It would be nice to have an image saved of the DA, instead of us having to download it from transaction, then we have to upload it into the documents in the opp. And it would be very helpful for a FINAL DA be auto generated when closed out. But each image kept.

It would also be nice to be able to copy and paste when an agent emails us for an updated DA in a NOTE, that way we can track why DAs are needing updated. Could help identify what training may be needed for agents or staff.

This would be saving clicks and extra work. We have to down load all pages, then open pdf pages, add second doc in, save all. I'd rather open and remove an associate side to not show second associate calculations: rare occurrence. I generate many CDA's daily and having one click to save all pages in one pdf would be magical.

If you could give us the ability to default downloading all DA pages as one pdf verses separate pdf's, it would be a huge timesaver.

@Alaina re:3/28 update, the clicks aren't the immediate problem but the saving of the separate files definitely is! Even if it's not set as a default for all MCs of the pages to go into one document, having a choice to "combine all selected documents to one PDF" would be a game-changer (so then if you were, for some reason, only doing the first page and the breakdown for one agent out of the 4 on the DA, you could do those together, or you could choose which agent(s) get printed with that first page, etc.). I agree with the sentiment of everyone else here - saving four+ files for a single DA (and, where we can be dual-agency in our states, that turning into eight+) is a HUGE problem.

I would like the option to download them into one document (DA Summary and DA Agent Details). That is how WinMore would print them, one document with all 2 or 3 pages.

Alaina - We email these and upload into command - we are not printing them. I would love the ability to choose to print individually (there are times that is needed) and just a toggle that states, print all selected together

Can we have an option to download together or separately? I can do that with my DocuSign paperwork. That way the MC's that want to download as separate PDF's can do that. And the MC's that want the DA's with agent detail pages as one PDF can do that as well.

When we select the check box of which items we want to print, they should download as one .pdf instead for multiple for each check. It makes much easier to email out.

Here to add what most people have already said. Agents love this breakdown page, but currently, even when both pages are selected, it downloads two separate files rather than 1 document with both pages on it. I then have to upload two separate documents into Command or take the time to merge them in Adobe. It's more work for me and the agents hate having to download 2 files from Command as well. If I only had to do this once a month, it wouldn't be a big deal but 100s of times a month is exhausting and time consuming.

Hey Alaina, I would like whatever I select in the drop down to be downloaded together. That way I can decide if I just want pg 1, both agent details or only one agents details.

Everything in one download saves tons of time at scale! Please and thank you keep working on this one!

This would be so helpful because our agents want to see the full breakdown of everything and having to download 3 or more pages and upload them to the closed file is a bit of a mess currently!
