When an agent clicks the Terminate option in their commission/offer tab. The MCA then needs to Terminate it on our end. It then gives us the option to choose why it terminated.
It would be nice to have the agent choose why it terminated when they click the button rather than me/us try to track down why.An error occurred while saving the comment Brian Kute commented
Currently, if an agent terminates a commission submission, then when I go to mark it as Terminated, it asks me why it terminated.
Can we have that option flipped to where the agent chooses why it terminated since they're familiar with it and I don't have to go track down why it terminated.
If there was then a report we could pull to see why contracts are terminating, would be great as well.

Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.
Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

After I close out a transaction, I then save the DA to be able to send to the Agent when I'm finished at the end of the day. Let's say there are 2 agents on the DA, it would be nice if Page 1, 2, and 3 all downloaded to PDF (so that's Page 1 and then the 2 agent detail pages saving together in one.)What's happening currently, is (for the 2 agent example) I get one pdf for Page 1, another pdf for agent 1 detail page and then another pdf for agent 2 detail page. So rather than being able to send out one pdf, I'm having to save 3 and send out 3.
I like the formatting of Page 1 and the agent detail pages, if they would just all save together that would be great!

Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

Hey Ariel, On the printed/PDF version. From Listings Sold down to Company Dollar on the left--all the numbers to the right run together because there's no/not much spacing between them. Starting with Operating Expenses and below those numbers aren't as big as the ones above so they don't run together as much.
The spacing on the Income Statement with what we had from WinMore was better, so I'm not sure if it is a font or a spacing issue or both for how Command does it. I'm happy to send you a copy of both for reference if you want to send me an email at klrw783@kw.com.
