Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

AND give is the ability to not accept the termination. I can adjust the commission. That is not a dead deal.

Currently, when an agent Terminates a commission, the MCA gets the notification to complete the termination, and the MCA has to select a reason. I suggest that the agent should be the one to provide an explanation instead of the MCA, because the MCA wouldn't know that and may just select any reason.
