Show Outside Referral Details on Agent Commission Details Page (Referring Agent, Brokerage, Address)
Display an itemized subtotal of the companies paid and the amounts included in the 'Outside Referral' total on the Agent Commission Details Form.
For example, if both ABC Realty and XYZ Real Estate are being paid an outside referral, it is helpful for the associate to easily see that $N.NN was paid to ABC Realty and $N.NN was paid XYZ Real Estate.

Title companies can then send other parties' checks to them.

When CDAs were created in Winmore if a deduction, co-broker, or outside referral needed to be paid, their address would be added to the first page of the CDA. The new system does not do this. We would like for addresses to be added so that it is easier for MCs and Title companies to pay out without having to figure out where payments need to be sent.

In addition to listing the payee/company name on the DA form for an Outside Referral, it would also be helpful to list the referral agent's name as a note or reference. [i.e. XYZ Realty Company (RE: Amy Agent)]
Referral payments are often sent directly from escrow/title to the company listed on the Disbursement Authorization Form. When the recipient company receives the check along with the DA Form there is no reference to which agent at that company the referral belongs to.

The Commission Detail Page should list the Client and Referring Agent Name, NOT the Seller and Buyer Names.

When printing the DA the outside referral address isn't on the DA to know where to send the check.
