As a reviewer in compliance it seems I am always always rejecting some items for the exact same thing. It would be nice to go to a clause manager and pick the clause that is already there so we don't need to type it all the time.

    100% agree that it's time consuming to type the same message over and over again to different agents during the compliance process.

    This would be quite helpful and time saving so we're not typing the same thing all the time.
