Allow Deductions Based on Gross Commission

Currently deductions are calculated off Net Commissions. It would be helpful to have the option to have deductions, like PC fee, calculated from Gross commissions.

    Our PC payments are based on a % of GCI not the net. Can we get the ability to calculate deductions off of GCI as well as Net if needed?

    Would be helpful for PC who does not get unit credit.

    Needed for multiple states that have a revenue tax based on GCI.
