Would it be helpful to have a warning message when agents request a termination to let them know that this is only used when the contract falls apart, and that this is not meant for editing Commission Requests?

Having a warning for agents about the use of the termination button would be very helpful, yes! But if not, then please a reject termination option.

Hi all! Thanks for all of your wonderful feedback so far. The engineering team is considering this idea for implementation, however, we are unsure if this would be the right choice for every Market Center.
Would it be helpful to be able to choose whether to automatically print the DA after moving a Transaction to the Closed status? We want to save clicks, and want to make sure we choose the best option for all MCs when implementing a feature for efficiency.

When we select the check box of which items we want to print, they should download as one .pdf instead for multiple for each check. It makes much easier to email out.

Please tell us more about your process for these transactions - is the agent leaving the Opportunity open until all the payments are made? You can also manually create a Lease Transaction with 0 units in order to take care of these now!

This would be so incredibly helpful and save so much time for all offices. Agents would always have a place to go and get their split and payment information without having to request it from MC leadership.
