Many apps have options in them where you can see the client's account how they see their account from an admin position. I think this is known as "View As" or "Impersonation"
Salesforce, WordPress does this and so does Circle.io, the community platform.
As Leadership, we frequently need to access an agents account to assist them with something or provide a service. For example, we will go in and schedule a social media post on their behalf as a service or we will attempt to replicate an error so we can record the Loom and submit a ticket. If we were able to do this, we would limit password sharing and be able to provide this assistance to the agents.
