Add Referring Brokerage as Vendor Field
Change how agents input the outside referral, not by searching, or adding by the agent name, but searching /adding the brokerage, (where the MCA can have the broker / vendor library built, with the EIN already set up) then add the referring agent name as a separate, non-linked field. When agents move to other brokerages, that will cut down on maintenance of that library, and the MCA's will ensure the correct W9 information is used for the outside brokerages.

We need this search built by brokerage name, NOT agent name. We are paying the brokerage the referral, not the agent. We also need to be able to see what opportunity this created vendor is for, so we can verify that we have the correct info by being able to view the W9- too many agents put the dba name (Keller Williams ***, instead of the legal name) which bites us MCAs when it comes time for 1099's

so far after using Transactions / Winmore No More.. Outside Broker / CoBroker information being input into CommandMC is a bit messy. Im very nervous thinking about processing 1099's this year... with an agent creating the broker / vendors.... we have the same brokerage input with different versions of their name and EIN. Trying to keep that "clean" is additional, unnecessary work. I appreciate anything you can do to change this and I look forward to what the new 1099 export process looks like outside of WM!

Would like to give agents the option to search by the Tax ID/EIN number when entering outside referral info.
