How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Please provide an option to sync the email details from the KW Insights record to the Recruit record. Currently, when a record is linked to a recruit, the email address from the linked record does not populate in the recruit card. We’d like to have the ability for the email field to automatically pull into the recruit card when the records are linked.

  3. Allow Auto Tag for agent's production status: 1/2 cap, full cap, quarter capper for current agents, and recruits since update shows recruit production without using broker metrics

  4. When we remove associates from the market center, the recruit card maintains their KW.com email address instead of reverting to the email that was used during their initial recruiting process. Since the KW email address is deactivated 30 days after they are removed, which becomes problematic when we attempt to re-recruit them.

  6. For both Recruits and Associates, it would be beneficial to have an AI summary available for the contact's timeline just like we have in Command. It would make it much easier during handoff's during onboarding or for keeping up to date on Associates at a glance.

  7. We manage several other systems when an agent offboards with our Brokerage. It would be nice if we could have pipeline tasks for active associates. For example, we remove the associates access to our office's Facebook group. It would be nice to track these steps in Command.

  9. Is there any way to make an alert pop up for notes that agents have entered when an MCA goes to complete a commission check request? Another idea would be to put a block on processing the check until the notes are read. We just want to ensure notes are not missed.

  10. After the most recent update, the Opportunity ID no longer contains a hyperlink to the Opportunity. This hyperlink was very useful in helping agents and staff locate certain Opportunities. We used to be able to just highlight and copy paste the ID into an email, spreadsheet, etc. which the agent or admin could use to go directly to the Opportunity in question. Now that this hyperlink has been removed, we are no longer able to do this. Please restore the hyperlink in the Opportunity ID in the compliance queue, this was a very useful tool that we no longer have.

  11. When Agents or MCTT use the "Chat with Support" option a pop-up box appears. This chatbox is tied to whatever Command Page you are currently on when opening the support chat.
    My recommendation is for this chatbox to follow the user if they leave the page. If they make any changes to the command page or refresh, the chat will force close and lose progress. You receive a follow up email with the transcript of the chat, however there isn't a way to reunite with the support agent who was assisting. This causes frustration on the agent, admin and support…

  12. Right now, when you're auditing files in Command Compliance, you have to exit each opportunity and go back to the main compliance screen before opening the next one. This takes a lot of time—especially when reviewing many files.

    My idea is to add "Next" and "Previous" buttons inside each opportunity so you can move from one to the next without going back to the main screen. This would make the process much faster and more efficient.

    Why it matters:

    Saves time and clicks for compliance coordinators

    Speeds up the review process, especially in high-volume offices

  13. Would love to merge the notes, activities and timeline. During lead gen, we put our conversation notes in the actual Notes section whether it's an email, call, or text. Now that Activities are being tracked, we are adding that second step. Unfortunately, the activities don't show up under Notes. They only show up under Timeline. Would love if these sections could be merged to avoid confusion and duplication.

  15. Remove the 3 auto filters in place in the Compliance Applet. We can add in filters we want when searching. When we forget and clear filters, then we have to re-search everything.

  16. Instead of logging into Agent Command, MC Leadership should have the option to sign in directly to the CommandMC Dashboard & Include a tasks widget on the CommandMC Dashboards.

Since Command was started, inside an Opportunity, on the Documents tab, we were able to click a link above the name of the Opportunity (upper left corner) labeled something different than it is now and I can't remember the original label - maybe "Back" or "Opportunities" that made it very easy to go back to searching for the next Opportunity to work on. Now it says "Compliance".

  18. It would be wonderful if when I click Filter so that I can select a compliance status, that the unit count would be there to the right again. It's awesome to know how many of each status are waiting for my eyes to review.
