Allow Formatting in Notes (Bullets, Space Breaks, etc.)
It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.
An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

Please update this feature! I agree with all the comments and this is crucial to have to make better sense of the notes we input. I am also using Productive AI to record my calls and when the notes get imported, it gets smashed into one big paragraph and its harder to read

Can we request to have html formatting supported in all places where we have text boxes including the contacts (as stated here), timeline, notes and so on. Pretty much anywhere where we have text boxes.
This is a really important feature as it helps agents become more productive and finding information quicker.
I really hope we can increase the priority for this idea higher. -

I agree this is so important. It can be so hard to read old notes you wrote when following up with clients or recruits before an appointment

This could also be useful to add SEARCH PARAMETERS for each buyer with a bullet point list in the Description, so they are easy to see at a glance. Lofty (former Chime) even has a separate field to add search parameters that look like this:
- BEDROOMS: 2+
- BATHROOMS: 2+
- ROOMS: 3
- GARAGE: YES
- OTHER: ...

Absolutely necessary!

THIS WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL

The new update in Command now consolidates the notes we write in a contact's profile into a single paragraph. It's much easier to read when we're allowed to include spaces, bullet points, and multiple paragraphs in a note. Their recent update isn't great.

I use Command as my CRM, and have many thousands of notes in my contacts. Last week I noticed that Command has smushed all my notes into a single paragraph (rather than leaving them as paragraphs with proper lines breaks as they used to be). My notes are almost unreadable now, and it's making my user experience in Command horrible. If this can't be fixed, I will have to go looking for a different CRM.

Right now I'm being told that the best practice for doing that is to input each property they inquired about into the notes for that contact. If you can imagine that if they've inquired about 50 properties that this could become quite cumbersome.
A second option is to create a custom text box under More Information, Custom and create a Property Leads custom box. This would work if it was formatted differently. Right now the way it's formatted is only horizontal: if I had 50 property leads that I inputted there you have to scroll from left to right to find all of them.
A third option would be input somewhere under that buyer or tenant contact a link to a spreadsheet of properties that they inquired about. Be nice if that was hosted directly in Command but I suspect that would work if was a link to a Google Sheet. With that being said, my best option then would be to input that link in the custom box Property Leads for that listing contact.
The piece that I'm suggesting could look something like this:
1. Clipper, James: 202-651-0553; JClipper54@GMail.com (referral: Ken Bryant): investor; multi-family
a. LAST COMMUNICATION:
1. 6-27-2023: Sam called James: left message
b. PROPERTY LEADS: James Clipper Commercial Buyer Property Comparison Sheet (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XTzmDAYRucy1Y_7cIL_m4-0zFsw12-XN/view?usp=sharing)
1. 2228 Mount Royal: listing agent: John Smith: 443-618-2585: JSmith@GMail.com
