    I just sent a blast email to all my contacts to invite them to a webinar and 178 addresses turned out to be undeliverable, which caused my bounce rate to be very high. This in turn will damage my kw email sender reputation.
    I now pay for Neverbounce to verify all email address but it is a long and laborious process.
    Brivity automatically verifies all emails that are entered in the CRM.
    This would be a very important tool to have in Command and will make it more appealing compared to other better CRMs out there.

    I live in a resort community where about half of my leads are searching for waterfront properties. The inability to create a targeted search for waterfront homes makes it challenging to use Command effectively for nurturing leads and providing them with the specific listings they want.

    This could also be useful to add SEARCH PARAMETERS for each buyer with a bullet point list in the Description, so they are easy to see at a glance. Lofty (former Chime) even has a separate field to add search parameters that look like this:

    - BEDROOMS: 2+
    - BATHROOMS: 2+
    - ROOMS: 3
    - GARAGE: YES
    - OTHER: ...
