Anchored table of contents on kw answer pages
On KW Answer pages, it would be great to have a table of contents at the top of the page anchored to each heading on the page. It will be quicker for users to peruse the table of contents rather than scan the page for the correct content, and since each heading will have a url anchor, MCTT's can link directly to the section of the page that contains the relevant content, rather than having the end user try to find the relevant content on hte page. HubSpot does this well on their support pages for example:

Dedicated notes feature
Adding a dedicated notes feature within either the Command or Connect platform would greatly enhance the training experience for agents. The current notepad on the Command homepage is helpful, but it lacks the functionality and organization needed for long-term use. Having a centralized notes section—or the ability to upload and organize personal notes—would allow agents to keep all their training takeaways in one easily accessible location.
Ideally, this feature would include the ability to categorize notes by topic and search by keyword, making it easier for agents to reference past trainings and stay organized.

How we Reference Clients that have completed transactions
Instead of referencing clients as "Past Clients," how do you all feel about referencing them as "Closed Clients"?

Getting Started with Command
New users are lost on where to get started. There were strong "getting started" trainings last year. There was nothing to point to this year.

Make Answers Articles Print Friendly
When we attempt to print an article from Answers.KW.com any screenshots included only print 3/4 of the picture. Often times this means that the section that is being highlighted in the article is getting cut off.
