  1. Have a place in Connect where Market Centers can upload videos and/or trainings for agents to access on demand. Whether it's only available to agents apart of the Market Center or internationally, this would be a good addition to keep the "all in one place" for training from KW. This could also be a good way to allow those who aren't able to make the trainings, find the On Demand video option in Connect for the class. Let's meet the agents where they are at.

  2. Details:
Currently, when watching KW Command training videos, there is a persistent side panel promoting other topics. This significantly reduces the size of the video player and makes it very difficult to clearly view the presentation.

This side panel is not only distracting, but it also compromises the usability of the training materials. For agents who rely on these videos for learning and onboarding, the experience becomes frustrating and in some cases renders the videos nearly unwatchable.

    Suggestion:
Please consider adding an option to view training videos in full-screen mode or at least hide the side panel to allow the…

  3. I am not a Tech Savy and also Solo Agent. Over the years I have experienced, with evolving Command and Website construction, The Articles by KWUI become very involved as they try to cover all possibilities of enhancements in one Article. This is very hard for non-tech Solo Agents to decipher and implement. Teams usually have tech Savy staff on-board.

Hence I suggest that the content in the long Articles dealing with Website enhancements or Designs, in particular, be separated/simplified, carved out with simple actionable steps. It took me 3 days to incorporate my website pages into the new experienced…

  4. On KW Answer pages, it would be great to have a table of contents at the top of the page anchored to each heading on the page. It will be quicker for users to peruse the table of contents rather than scan the page for the correct content, and since each heading will have a url anchor, MCTT's can link directly to the section of the page that contains the relevant content, rather than having the end user try to find the relevant content on hte page. HubSpot does this well on their support pages for example:

  5. KWIQ should be able to talk to the MLS.

In this way, someone could ask KWIQ to "write a property description for listing number 1661506." Then KWIQ could access the MLS, pull the property details for me, then draft a description for me to review and approve.

  6. Adding a dedicated notes feature within either the Command or Connect platform would greatly enhance the training experience for agents. The current notepad on the Command homepage is helpful, but it lacks the functionality and organization needed for long-term use. Having a centralized notes section—or the ability to upload and organize personal notes—would allow agents to keep all their training takeaways in one easily accessible location.

Ideally, this feature would include the ability to categorize notes by topic and search by keyword, making it easier for agents to reference past trainings and stay organized.

Additionally, this space could provide leadership…

  7. New users are lost on where to get started. There were strong "getting started" trainings last year. There was nothing to point to this year.

  8. Instead of referencing clients as "Past Clients," how do you all feel about referencing them as "Closed Clients"?
