Additional Filters for Saved Search (Lot Size, Stories, 55+ Communities, Property Size, Condo Name, Manufactured, etc.)
single level, lot size, county search(rather than just the city), type of property

These additional search options are critical to my business. I can barely use this feature and have to send my clients to Zillow because I cannot simply hone in on the lot size. I live in an area with a lot of rural properties and clients are looking for certain sized lots, ie. - 5 acres or more, for example.

I agree with everyone sharing their opinions in these comments; they all hit very critical points. the search criteria is far to broad and does not near enough filters to be used a lot of times. You can't use saved searches for clients because the criteria they are searching for cannot be added by us via smart searches.

Agree with the others that this is the most common complaint I get in our market center. I am the MCTT and I currently have two teams and 3 individuals that will not make the switch to command because of no lot size in saved searches. The worst part is that, if the client sets up their own search, they have lot size available as a criteria. Only the agents currently have no access to this feature.

Our filters are minimalist and our clients are looking for specifics. While the criteria available are much appreciated, expanding to include things like basements, acreage/lot size, etc would be wonderful to have. Also being able to see the houses from this search which have been sent to our buyers would be extremely helpful.

This is a critical feature for many agents and one of the most common complaints in our market center. It's also a major reason many of us choose not to use Saved Searches with our clients. I understand that any rollout would need to align with MLSs nationwide, which adds complexity.
That said, if this feature is under development, would it be possible to allow for expanded criteria options? For example, filtering by parking spaces, garage spaces, or number of units in a multi-family would add significant value and flexibility for our clients' specific needs.

Please correct this, this is vital for my business. I would also like to see the ability to just send a basic search for the whole county and just put in a price range to engage new leads that may not know what or where they want to live yet. I can't draw to select the whole county in Command?????

I agree with most the comments on this idea, we need more filter options for saved searches, especially "Lot Size". I would like to add that the filter options we have in command to set up a saved search should be identical to the filter options consumers have when setting up a saved search via the KW App or through an agent site. If you do a side by side comparison you'll notice that consumers have more options, including lot size, that agents don't have in command.

Still amazes me that lot size was not originally included as a saved search feature. Not only do I have to use a second CRM to do saved searches, I am the MCTT of our office and this is, by far, the #1 thing keeping agents from switching to Command from their current systems.

It would be great if we could select multiple cities/zip codes/etc when creating a saved search.

this has been highly requested by agents, hoping this gets approved soon!

If we could narrow our saved searches feature for automated client updates to property size, this would be a great advantage to those clients who are seeking larger lots or acreage in their search to bring value to them. I cannot even use the saved search feature in command for people looking for specific lot or acreage size ranges.

There is no filter for "lot size" in the saved search option in the contact record

I absolutely NEED this feature added. I thought this idea has been in KW Ideas for much longer that Jan 2024 because I could have sworn I either added it myself or voted on it. I work in South Florida. There are SO many 55+ communities here. I am not able to have my buyers use my app because of this lacking feature. I have to use FlexMLS & that is a different operating system so it doesn't connect or communicate with Command.

Uncertain whether this feedback made its way over successfully from the Zendesk "Uservoice" widget just now, but the following feedback was received today (6.14.2024) regarding the lack of a filter for the number of floors/stories when searching for properties:
"Our concern is that while setting up saved searches for leads on the KW website, there is no discrete filter for "Single Level" or "Single Story" homes. We have noticed that the search results often include two-story homes, which is not accurate and does not meet the needs of our clients."

This really needs to be done ASAP. If you want us to use command to the fullest extent possible, we need to be able to customize our searches for our clients

I would like to be able to choose from many options when setting up searches for my clients. Garage stalls and acreage would be great.

OH my gosh I totally agree. I'm straddling like 7 different MLS' so the KW search in command makes it SO much simpler for my folks to look at all properties available all in one place. But it's a huge problem that I can't add min. Max. # of acres! We really need this. I wonder if we can count on this search criteria being added this year.

For my market, I am able to create auto-searches through my MLS for buyers. There are many options within the MLS to customize the search for the buyer. In Command Saved Searches, I feel as if that component is very limited and does not really narrow down options for buyers like the MLS can do.
It would be great to see the Saved Search component in Command expanded so there are a wide variety of filters, such as "filter out properties that are subject to seller finding suitable housing, condo names, etc." I would much rather use this feature as I would be able to see which properties my contacts in Command have viewed, as opposed to my MLS where I am unable to see that information.
