    Anywhere there is an option to add a merge field we need access to ALL the merge fields

    When sending a mass text through contacts we can upload an attachment, for example a jpg. When creating a SP with a text, it does not have the option to upload anything. Heading on vacation and I was trying to schedule weekly image texts I send for trainings and couldn't.

    When making a smart plan I would like to be able to assign each separate step to a specific person on my team. Currently the only options are "contact assignee" or "rainmaker"

    There is no filter for "lot size" in the saved search option in the contact record

    Consumer app: The app should remove the open house icon after the open house has ENDED, not after it has STARTED. When looking at open houses on the app, the minute an open house starts, it no longer shows as an open house (unless one is scheduled in the future, like the next day). That makes it showing a consumer open houses kind of pointless. If I'm in a neighborhood and want to see what houses are open right then, I can't.

    Agents get upset and frustrated when their new Active listing is on the KWLS feed but the MLS photos are not included, although the photos are present on other sites such as Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. Without photos, Agents cannot add their listing in Paid Campaigns in Command or use their branded Agent Site site links to share the listing on social media, etc. Sometimes this is due to an expected lag, because the MLS source stores the listing data and listing photos separately (in which case, Support advises to allow up to 24 hours for the photos to appear). Other times, the delay is caused by technical issues between the MLS source feed and the KWLS (investigated by LOPS team). Many would prefer the listing not appear on the site at all if ther are no photos and believe this makes them look bad/unprofessional.

    currently, saved search auto emails will only send if the contact is registered on the app/site. the first initial email can send which is confusing to agents since they think that means it's working. but the subsequent emails will not send without the registration. agents would like to be able to send saved searches without having to get the contact to use their app/site first.
