I did not realize thia was not available when I joined KW a couple of weeks back. This is a big deal breaker for me. I now have to go back and use follow up boss to video market to my clients....a waste since I pay $175/mo to KW and I cannot use the email feature

We need to be able to send video via text and email, using smart plans. Video is the way to go and we are falling behind!

When sending a mass text through contacts we can upload an attachment, for example a jpg. When creating a SP with a text, it does not have the option to upload anything. Heading on vacation and I was trying to schedule weekly image texts I send for trainings and couldn't.

I Agree! Right now I am sending my 200 texts a day. If I don't attach an image, then I use a ton of credits...but if I attach an image, it's only 3 per account. I am guessing that if I do a smartplan text so that 200 go out on Sat and 200 on Sun, then it will use a ton of credits since I cannot attach an image??

I recommend that we should have the ability to add pictures for smart plans.
