Custom Merge Tags for SmartPlans
Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

I would like to suggest that Command be updated to allow contact address merge tags in SMART plans (street, city and state). It would help to personalize messages. For example, "....this is Mike Padlo, realtor here in {city}....I would be pleased to help you with a home value estimate for your home on {street address}."

I have created a custom open house address field in contacts, and would like to add the address, as a merged filed into the body of a smart plan for OH follow up. Because I am unable to do this, it would mean I have to generate a new smart plan for each OH I host, as I want to make sure the contact knows which OH they met me at. This is no way efficient, and just easier not to use the smart plans when following up. Let's allow for custom merge fields, so we can truly be efficient.

Anywhere there is an option to add a merge field we need access to ALL the merge fields

We all operate differently, and we all have different information we deem as important. Being able to add custom contact fields is great. It would be more useful if it could be chosen as a merge field.
Ex: When emailing co-op agents, we like to include the address of the closed property. We can create a custom field for this information, but cannot include it in smartplan as a merge field. Therefore, we have to individually email 200 co-op agents each month to ensure the subject has the right property address.
