Regions and market centers frequently create content for their agents to use yet it is hard for agents to find. if if those leadership roles would have the option to publish their smart plans to a market center folder or regional folder it would be much easier for agents to find them and search through them. That way agents could see everything thing their office or region created for them in one spot. This could help people know which plans were made with the intention of being used in mass by others, which are already vetted by their leadership, find ones that they may not know they wanted but dont need to comb through to see if they provide value, and know that their local leadership can support them with questions and implementation.

We need more Merge Tag options.
ex 1: We can not effectively make a smartplan with email steps that is ready to use by the next agent after it has been published. if we had merge tags for agent phone number, office name, office address, and agent email address this would make the process much easier for teams and published smartplans.
ex 2: we have the home valuation tool on the agent websites. If that has been added there should be a merge tag available to link to that page. So if someone publishes a smartplan to drive traffic there the agents that download that plan can use it right away without having to comb through every step to update the link.

when smartplans are published there is not currently a way to make it easy for the next agent to just run with the design if there are any email steps that have a signature applied as there is no merge tag option for the agent signature. it in fact publishes with the publishers information in it and the new agent has to manually go through and update every step the signature is on.

Having the ability to have the office vendors preloaded is great to save me time but I don't always want to feature everyone the office uses. This would let me have quick access to the office vendors and still let me choose who I want to advertise/partner with.
