100 % agree with Joseph Rubeo. I need this to be more organized when you have too many plans working for you.

We should consider adding folders within Command Smart Plans. Under “Add Smart Plan,” there could be header folders—like “LISTINGS”—that group all listing-related plans together.

For example, another folder could be “CLOSINGS,” with subcategories beneath it for different stages or workflows.

I think this would make Smart Plans much more organized and easier to navigate overall.

Regions and market centers frequently create content for their agents to use yet it is hard for agents to find. if if those leadership roles would have the option to publish their smart plans to a market center folder or regional folder it would be much easier for agents to find them and search through them. That way agents could see everything thing their office or region created for them in one spot. This could help people know which plans were made with the intention of being used in mass by others, which are already vetted by their leadership, find ones that they may not know they wanted but dont need to comb through to see if they provide value, and know that their local leadership can support them with questions and implementation.

Sort Smartplans and Folders

It would be helpful if to have folders for smartplans. Also the ability to sort plans alphabetically or by sequence order.

This would really be helpful so that I don't have to scroll through all my smart plans to find the one that I am looking for. Folders would be a great way to sort smart plans: newsletters, SOI, buyers, sellers, fsbo, expireds, recruiting, etc.

Allow for smart plans to be organized in folders or with tags. I want to be able to search through my smartplans the same way I can search through my contacts.

Please! Make it so that when Smart Plans are sorted, they stay in the same sort and/or create Smart Plan Sort views.

Being able to "star" smartplans so your top/most used ones are at the top of the list or a way we can pick the order. Our team has a lot of smartplans for different things so it would be nice to have our main smartplans on the top of the list so our agents don't have to search through

As new SmartPlans are added / download / created, it would be great to be able to re-organize or customize this page. Maybe create buckets like "Lead Based" or "SOI Based" SmartPlans. "Holidays" as well. This way, you don't have to scroll through the list just to find what you want or see what you have set up. I guess just a more visual screen would be nice.

My Smart Plans Ordering: it would be very helpful if we could have the ability to custom vue/custom order our People Plans based on the ones we find most valuable. In other words, order the My Smart Pans so that my favorite is at the top of my list of Smart Plans.
