I have many agents asking for this. My agents care more about their cap status than their profit share being on the dashboard.
In fact, just showed an agent how to find it and their exact words were, "I'll just keep pulling the report from My KW because it's less steps."

This would really be helpful so that I don't have to scroll through all my smart plans to find the one that I am looking for. Folders would be a great way to sort smart plans: newsletters, SOI, buyers, sellers, fsbo, expireds, recruiting, etc.

It is so important to be made aware when a customer favorites a property. It is added steps to go through the list of "recently active" customers and then go into each contact card to see their activity. It would be great to be notified when a favorite is added as this would create an instant touch. It would also be great if a smart plan could be triggered by customer activity in the consumer app.
