Automated Activity Tracking and Reporting
Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.
This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).
This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.
It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.
Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong number, invalid number, invalid email, converted to buyer lead, converted to seller lead, appointment scheduled, do not contact, etc.
All this and the updates to opportunities could be pulled into the activity reports to show dials, connects, appointments, lisiting, pendings, closings.
There should be the ability to add additional data manually if agents are using external systems as well.
This would free up time to focus on more important matters rather than manually trying to track where we're at and the productivity stats and outcomes would allow us to identify skills gaps.

Great idea, but should give agents option for manual or automatic for coaching purposes.

It would be great if the Team Activity Tracker could be updated automatically, pulling from the Team account, such as activities they log under their contacts, their contracts/closings in command, etc.

Can you revisit this feature? My team already spends so much time documenting their activity in the contact timeline. If that data could automatically translate to activity reporting that would save us time and energy and reduce duplication.

When you log in command and place a call or text, that should go on our daily numbers in command Automatically reporting, we should be able to go back and add closings and appointments later.

I come to KW Command from Follow-Up Boss, which is great in that it auto-reports your dials, connections, appointments etc as you logged them. During a productivity coaching session I can simply change the date ranges and show my activity.
It would be great if this feature were created within KW Command, particularly if the stats were tracked in calls and messages iniated through Kelle.
