Notification on Consumer Favorited Properties
In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

We definitely need this feature added. Many other CRM'S offer this for their users, and it will drive sales volume and business for us way up. Not being able to see or know any activity our clients are having on properties, we automatically send to them, is a killer for us because they have to go through the effort of reaching out to us, which we all know does not happen most of the time. I believe Many of our agents are using other CRMS that provide this necessity; more of them would switch over to Command with this feature added. It is imperative that we have this feature added to help us stay on track with our clients and can follow up with them about any homes they viewed recently/favorited.

It is so important to be made aware when a customer favorites a property. It is added steps to go through the list of "recently active" customers and then go into each contact card to see their activity. It would be great to be notified when a favorite is added as this would create an instant touch. It would also be great if a smart plan could be triggered by customer activity in the consumer app.
