I find that Command is not at all complimentary to AI tools such as Gemini, GPT, and other AI tools regarding prospecting and lead generation tools. Command is still in the early bot phases of only sending messages prescribed by the agent, I could be wrong but Smart plans won't even notify me a text has been read or responded to. The is really unhelpful to any on with a large database. I could damage my data base until I grew it to over 500 contact, then I've lost control. This is some AI can help manage which is already doing through other data bases.

One way I believe KW Command could be improved is by adding AI-powered cold call and conversation training directly into the app. I recently experienced AI calling training, and it was the best training I’ve ever had. It felt realistic, engaging, and incredibly helpful—especially as a solo agent.

This feature could allow agents to practice cold calls, follow-ups, objection handling, and consultations with an AI that responds like a real client. After each session, the system could score the call, provide feedback, and offer better dialogue options so agents can continuously improve.

Not every agent has daily access to coaching, "script" practice, or role-play partners. Having this built into Command would give agents on-demand training anytime, anywhere. It would build confidence, improve conversations, and help agents grow faster while staying within the KW ecosystem

Integrate the AI tool that's already available in Command into the Social Post section of the Campaigns Applet to generate unique ad engaging social media content.

Auto-generate with AI. Create workflows in the pipeline that auto generate everything from listing presentation, CMA & marketing strategy in each stage of a client's lifeline. In scheduling would be able to click a button to generate a listing presentation (editable), once scheduled it would send an appointment reminder to the client morning of appointment, along with all necessary listing presentation docs like CMA, listing presentation accessories pulled from the details and contact page. Would be really cool if in the app we could just ask KWIQ prompts to generate these and email them directly to us or client.

Would love in the marketing tab to pull all designs and templates created. Listing presentations autofilling from details page but also editable in templates. This would speed up listing presentation prep and in general all design prep for all designs going forward.

ChatGPT or other tools can create .txt or PDF files that are multistep touch campaigns. If SmartPlans added a function to read these files, import the information and create the steps it could save massive time and create a high level of scale to SmartPlans
