SmartPlan Indicators Current, Past, & Unsubscribed
This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.

Great point Kat, having a warning about adding a second time but allowing you to do that after clicking through the warning.

This is so important. I also use Monday.com for some light CRM functionality and one thing that I love about their SmartPlan feature is that it won't let me add a person to a Smartplan a 2nd time unless I give explicit instruction. So many times with computer glitches or tracking 1000s of people, you loose track of what has been sent to whom and this feature has saved my butt from looking like an idiot so many times.
