    Command should allow us to add custom fields into merge tags so we can personalize SmartPlans and emails even further. This would make communication feel more tailored and relevant to each client.

    SmartPlans should have the ability to automatically trigger from dates and custom fields (like Closing Date, Home Anniversary, or a custom Birthday field). This would make automations more powerful and eliminate the need for manual setup each year.
