100% Agree! We are working on scheduling out our 36 touch/19 to connect and some of those are tied to Holiday Cards, and Events set to a specific date. It would be nice to have something in SmartPlans that allows us to set reminders based on a date or event do a reverse plan. If Event is on X date, text reminder sends 2 days prior, email 1 week prior, etc.

This is now a must add for our office as we are having to submit our Referral docs into our opportunities as a regular buyer or seller and it is messes with our reporting numbers for actual transactions handled. In addition to providing more insight for our office to keep track of documents and checks.
Another consideration is the KW Referrals tracking only works with KW Agents and not all referrals are handled by a KW Agent. So being able to manually track the referrals in opportunities would be helpful. Especially when paired with the Smart Plans and the new ability to use smart dates.

This I feel should be possible given the ability to schedule texts based on a SmartPlan trigger. There is a similar idea request that is asking for SmartPlans to be triggered by a calendar date and these two features could very well be linked together as the general idea is the same. A date/time trigger in the future instead of a send at click.
