Allow ZIP Code/Geo Market Areas/School Zones for Neighborhood Selection
Enhance Monthly Neighborhood SmartPlans in Command by incorporating zip codes and geo market areas, allowing agents to create more precise and tailored drip campaigns based on clients' buy boxes. This upgrade will overcome the limitations of the current neighborhood classifications, offering a broader and more flexible approach to targeting prospective buyers. By integrating zip codes and geo-market areas, agents can efficiently address clients' specific needs, leading to increased engagement and more successful transactions. This improvement will significantly enhance the user experience and effectiveness of Command's SmartPlans, driving better results for agents and their clients.

Rural areas have have very scarce or no neighborhoods rendering our our most used Smart Plan, the Monthly Neighborhood Nurture, ineffective.
We'd love Command to also permit agents to select a local municipality in lieu of neighborhood, or some other geographical selection.

yes! the current neighborhood feature needs to be completely redone. "neighborhoods" should be towns. or zip codes. starting with the general town makes more sense than only having certain sections of a town. if someone wants just a certain section of a town then they can draw it on the map. not being able to send nurtures for all of the towns that we service is a huge loser.

In areas like Houston or other Metros there are so many neighborhoods and zip codes that it makes it hard to give a good representation form the market snapshot. Some agents like to send out a "market Update" and are having to go to other sources for the info. Most would like to stay within command if possible but can't unelss they pull the data and add it one by one.

Bay Head is a small town with a focused group of potential buyers. The way the maps are drawn at the moment, which include the town next door and do not encompass the whole town of Bay Head, it is not possible to provide a clear picture of the market/neighborhood data correctly. Without the change, it is an incomplete profile and does not make sense to send to potential clients.
Thank you.

Is it possible to allow the neighborhood market update feature to include whole zip codes?

Under a contact, it would be nice to be able to enter a zip code and choose from just one neighborhood. For example, if I input 92109, I'm given 5 options and I would like to choose the entire 92109 and be able to send a monthly neighborhood update for that specific zip code. I hope I make sense.

In Command Contacts, you can subscribe them to specific neighborhoods. Being able to add specific schools would be helpful. Many parents look for home zoned to specific schools based on school rating. Some neighborhoods have multiple schools.

Neighborhood Market Snapshot should allow selection of zip codes or cities in addition to the hyper local areas already available. I believe that people like particular cities in the early stages of looking and then specific neighborhoods as the search moves forward and is refined.
