I asked help desk how to get neighborhoods updated and they said "there is no two-way connection between NextDoor and Command. We were able to pull neighborhood data from their site once, but have not been allowed to pull any updated data since. If the neighborhood in question is incorrect on Command or kw.com (http://kw.com/) , agent sites, and the KW app, the data cannot be corrected on our end."
that is just an absolutely ridiculous answer. why and how kw tech has not fixed this issue of neighborhoods after all this time is ridiculous and shameful. it makes absolutely no sense at all. why kw tech is even allowed to get away with providing an answer like that is a joke.

yes! the current neighborhood feature needs to be completely redone. "neighborhoods" should be towns. or zip codes. starting with the general town makes more sense than only having certain sections of a town. if someone wants just a certain section of a town then they can draw it on the map. not being able to send nurtures for all of the towns that we service is a huge loser.

every time i contact kw tech im told that its up to me to contact the 3rd party that kw hired for this whole neighborhood nightmare to get it fixed for my area.
a. no, its not up to me to contact the company YOU hired for these neighborhoods.
b. when you contact the 3rd party you are told that they arent making any modifications to the neighborhoods.
so its a vicious circle of zero help. just let us disable it entirely for ourselves and give us the ability to send out market reports and updates for towns. towns are used to enter properties into the MLS, not neighborhoods.
