This has been a huge issue for me and very very very time consuming. The system should allow duplicates. If I want a duplicate email or phone for my contacts that should be my choice. But the system should not hault an import because a duplicate was found. Rather yet, it should allow the import and then you have the option to merge duplicates like Google contacts does. It can't be that complicated in order to have a user friendly experience. This is very important fix for agents who have used another CRM and now ready to start using Command. But because they have duplcates due to prior opportunities etc it makes the process overwhelming. I really hope you will make this a top priority.
