Transactions coordinator role to have access to solo agent account transactions

We really need this corrected ASAP - TC needing to wait for a code to go to the agent and hope that the agent is available to relay the code within 15 minutes is not realistic and is holding up the transaction process

TCs should have a backdoor to solo agent Commands, where they can upload docs to Opportunities freely, but not have access to solo agent full contacts & database. Lack of this feature was caused difficulty with the recent command requirements for verification codes

Transaction coordinators (and agents) really don't need the hassle of trying to reach out to each agent each time they try to access Command for those agents. It would seem to me to be nearly impossible especially when agents are showing houses, etc, but it is definitely an unneeded extra burden on the TC's.

Transaction coordinators and admins must be able to work on behalf of their agents without interrupting agents from the important work they are doing.

It is extremely inconvenient for a TC to have to request a code from each agent every time they need to access Command.

Kylie Sickendick (TC for KW Agents) commented: LOVE this idea! I am a transaction coordinator for 4 KW agents and I am constantly having to bombard them with verification codes that were sent to their email address. I would love if the TCs could get notified via an email/text too! This could be as simple as "adding a TC" to the agent's main profile with the TC's email address. Anytime a verification code is sent, it would send to both email addresses/phone numbers.
I also work for agents at another brokerage where TC's have their own account that is linked to all their agents. This would be ideal. Happy to answer any questions about it! Kylie Sickendick 913-827-2082

It is vital TC's get their own access to command for each of the agents they work with

It is vital to my business for my transaction coordinator team to be able to quickly and seamlessly create, access, and update my Opportunities. It would be ideal if they could have their own login and not have to use mine and not have to ask me every time to check my email for a code. This defeats the purpose of having a TC (to leverage my time to increase productivity).

There needs to be a way to grant a TC access to an agent's Command and connected apps using their own login. The current process is counterproductive.

It's my opinion that TC's need to have the ability to log into agents account to make the transaction as seamless as possible for agents, buyers and sellers. I understand that cyber security is an issue, while I'm not the most tech savvy person, is there a way to get the TC's registered with KW Command so that they are able to login and use the documents they need for the agent, while documenting that the TC logged into and out of your account without having to get these codes?

TCs MUST have access without having to get a code from the agent. Also, what if TCs had a login that could be connected to multiple agent accounts? I do TC work for two offices. This logging in and out of agent accounts wastes an obscene amount of time. If agents could just click in their preferences to allow a TC, that would be awesome!

Especially with the new addition of security codes, it is very difficult for transaction coordinators to get the code from the solo agent in the 15 minute window. Please create a way to add an admin/TC to a solo agent's account.
