View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

This is what I was writing in to complain about. Previously we were able to view the bio, its very frustrating that they took this away. They need to bring it back asap.

This is a huge loss. I'm not sure why this feature went away but it really needs to come back. For over a decade we've taught our agents to craft a strong bio and highlight their specialties to aid in referral capture, but now that information is not viewable early enough in the referral agent search process.

A huge benefit of KW Command is the referral options. This change as referral partners are an important part of our business with KW. If you can’t read the bio’s prior to making a choice on a referral partner network our thought is this is going to go down as we do research prior to selecting agents when we have an outbound referral and talking to inbound referrals it’s similar.
