Update Neighborhood Boundaries
The neighborhood boundaries are outdated and need to be updated. I am currently looking for the Jasper Highlands neighborhood in Jasper, TN and it is not showing as a neighborhood in Command even though it is listed as a neighborhood on the Nextdoor app.

Search Contacts via Map View from Center Point (Farming)
I would like a map search function in Command, similar to what is in MLS's and home search apps. So that if I have a Listing at 123 Main St, I can draw a circle around that address, and it will show me everyone I have in my Database who is within that search area so I can contact them specifically about my Listing. Or Farming, or mailers, or any other numerous options to find my contacts by geographic areas.

Allow a total mailing label export for a filter.
Currently you can only export 500 contacts at a time. For larger databases, the separate downloads then need to be combined. This causes duplicate mailing labels if there is a "relationship" tying two contacts together that then need to be deleted. The current 500 record limit results in extra time and work to get a clean export. Please allow a mailing label export for all records in a filter.

allow custom smart plan to use birthday information from a Contact’s details
Please allow my custom smart plan auto start on the birthday or home anniversary in their contact info. I do not want to use the KW template and its very time consuming to add each person individually to my custom smart plan every year... thank you

Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

Market Center Mass Email Feature in Command
Since the MC Intranet websites were discontinued, agents have lost the ability to send mass emails to their Market Center peers - a tool they used to share listings, buyer needs, vendor recommendations, event promotions, etc. To restore this important connectivity, Command should include a feature that allows agents to send mass emails within their own Market Center without having to manually add the Market Center roster to their contacts, as agents may not know who is new to the Market Center or who has left.

OPT in or OPT out option for Verification Code
Unlicensed Admins and Transaction Coordinators require access to agents’ Command accounts in order to properly TC files and support agents with database management, SmartPlans, and other operational tasks.
Currently, agents must provide one-time verification codes for this access. In practice, agents are not always immediately available to share these codes, which has become a significant and ongoing frustration within our Market Center.

Hi Team,
I'm writing to express concern about the limited functionality of Gemini Pro within our system at KW. When it was first released, our agents had access to a variety of features that were incredibly popular and are now no longer available.

Delete Documents in Opportunities
If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

Ability to edit Estimated Closed Date after an offer has been accepted
After the latest Command update, agents are no longer able to edit the Estimated Close Date in the Opportunity after an offer has been accepted. It's important that agents are able to update the closing date as that is the date we sort files for Compliance.

Add a date filter so user can select range of date, or specific date in general for activity reports
Per the product team, currently, there isn't an option to select specific dates when it comes to showing activity reports results.
"this week" means 8 days ago. If today is May 6, 2025, then 8 days ago would be April 28, 2025.
"last week" mean 14 days ago. Using the same reference date of May 6, 2025, that would place "last week" on April 22, 2025.
Users would like to select a specific date range.

Ability to Create Custom Forms on Agent Sites
It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!

Custom Merge Tags for SmartPlans
Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

Edit a past Activity
I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.

Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!
