Show Agent's Location on Site, Not MC's Location (Multiple MCs)
Currently, the location displayed for agents on their consumer profile found on kw.com is the location of their MC, NOT the location they have entered in their marketing profile. This becomes a problem when agents are part of multiple MCs and operate more out of one versus the other. The feature has been designed to display the oldest established MC, not which MC the agent joined first but the oldest MC. There are instances where the agent barely does any business in the location of the oldest MC they are part of, which causes their profile to look misleading. This is also a problem for MCs with business centers in different surrounding states. Again, the location will display the MC's location, not the BCs, so agent profiles again display the wrong location for the agent, which does not make sense.
With the new Agent Service Areas functionality, agents can now select the areas they work in. This will default to 15 miles from their MC address but can be customized to include multiple boundary types, including cities, zip codes, and neighborhoods.

This lack of functionality impacts our expansion teams who aren't close to a MC location.

We have agents at our market centers who do not live by the market center. Their usage of the KW app is limited due to the app showing them as in a city completely different from where they operate.

This is so important for agents. It helps them be more local to their clients. Our state recognizes branch offices as the legal address and even has licenses tied to it.

Give agents the ability to choose their Business Center (BC) or Mega Agent Office (MAO) address on all public-facing sites and apps.

This frustrates agents that are currently with KW and has forced several agents to spend money with third parties just to get a website and causes agents who are not with KW to re consider joining

Agents who are affiliated with legal, approved Business Centers (BCs) and Mega Agent Offices (MAOs) should be able to display those addresses on all public-facing platforms. Currently, the system defaults to the Market Center (MC) address, and there is no option to change it. This creates significant issues for both agents and clients.
Most BC/MAO agents do not work in the community surrounding the Market Center. When their profiles display the MC address, it misleads clients and creates the impression that they do not serve their actual market. This erodes client trust and directly impacts business.
Agents repeatedly share their frustration that potential clients assume they work where the Market Center is located, rather than the community they actually serve. Many believe this is costing them opportunities—especially in competitive or luxury markets where precision in branding and location is critical.
If BCs and MAOs are legally recognized and allowed by KW, then agents should be able to select them from a drop-down menu in their profile. This would ensure consistency, accuracy, and fairness across platforms without requiring workarounds. Allowing this functionality would eliminate repeated support requests, accurately reflect where agents conduct their business, protect client trust, and strengthen KW’s reputation by ensuring our technology reflects the structures we already support.

I work and live in Wisconsin, i am attached to a market center in IL, all of my information shows up as IL, even my license #.. has been this way since 2021.. we have been asking for this change . We also pay for Kscore for WI and do not show up in Wisconsin because it can not be tied to a business center.. anyone looking on kscore does not see WI as being supported when it is.

This is such an important issue to address. The current setup makes it look like agents are only working in the area of their Market Center, when in reality many serve a much wider or completely different territory. That mismatch not only creates confusion for clients but also risks agents losing business they’ve worked hard to earn. When it shows up on luxury sites, public KW searches, apps, and even personal agent sites, it undermines the professionalism of our brand. We need a solution that gives agents the ability to accurately reflect the areas they serve, so clients find the right agent for their needs and agents aren’t penalized by a default system limitation.

the market center address also auto populates on docusign forms even when the agents license hangs in a different location. This causes extra work for the agent to either have to manually over rode it every time or make templates to apply. It could potentially be a compliance issue if it is not caught or be cause to render a contract invalid.

this is preventing some agents from joining KW & is causing others to consider leaving. It has also been a major reason for several agent to pay a 3rd party to design a website for them.

Most agents that are part of Business centers or mega agent offices, do not work in the area around the market center. However, the market center address is the default and cannot be overwritten in several places that are public facing. Agents are concerned that they are losing business because people think they don't serve the area they do. And they think they are serving the area of the market center is located in.
This is showing up on the luxury sites, even when agents pay to be part of the community which includes a web presence on the luxury side. it's showing up on the apps, the agent search functionality on the public KW sites, and even on the agent websites and the referral applet. Sometimes the address can be overridden through the profile in command, but a lot of times there's nothing we can do about it.

Yes our main market center is in a different state and the agents in a business center is not license in that state. When we look at our about page it has a state not licensed in with our license number from a different state. Also the map with the pin is in the wrong location on the team website - personal ones seem to be ok . They think I don't do business in the state that I am licensed so it gets confusing for the consumer and can cost the agent business. Thanks for looking into this

Many agents have a primary address or service area that differs from the MC Main Address. Several locations are in a different state from the Market Center Address.
We need the ability to display the city/state on Agent Profile, Agent and Team Sites to match the true office location so clients do not become confused when searching for these agents on kw.com , the agent app, or other online methods.

Yes, this has cost me business! 2 clients have told me that they thought I moved because of it. Who knows how many others haven’t reached out or how many may have been looking for an agent in my actual area but didn’t reach out because of where the system shows my being located.

This would be very helpful. As a Market Center with 5 Business Centers and the farthest being about 40 miles away, this can help those agents better promote their service area to clients.

Yes! We have multiple biz centers that are 1-5 hours away from our MC. Make it so we can put both the agent location and/or the MC location so we can be compliant with states that require the MC address as well

We used to have the ability to type in the office address, and while i understand that this can violate certain disclosure laws in certain states, it also prevents the ability for those of us who have business centers to be able to allow agents to select that they work out of one of those locations. A drop down for all available locations/market centers/MAO offices associated with a market center number would be an amazing improvement if we cannot customize the agents office address completely.

We have a lot of agents that are more rural, and may live & service 100+ miles fromm the Market Center Location, and it concerns them that several places in their profile is has the location city of the Market Center, not their business center or service area.
There should be a way to have it be a Business Center Address, OR a city the agent selects, approved by MC Leadership (like it would be a setting in the Associate's profile in Command MC, where only a MC Leader could make the change).
3 options made at the Command MC Associate Profile:
MC City (select MC if there are several)
BC City (if applicable)
Override City -

Currently, an agent's location displays the Market Center they are associated with. This poses a problem when they don't actually service that area. We have business centers 1-3 hours away from the location of the Market Center. It would be nice if this location pulled in from the agent's Market Center address in their marketing profile instead of it just defaulting.
