Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. We really would like to see twilio automated texts in Command MC smart plans!! Can there either be a twilio account for the MC that it uses - or for those steps, it uses the Twilio account of whatever staff was assigned to be sending that step of the smart plan. Right now we have to copy agents into our personal command databases and run smart plans from there. That just adds extra work and clogs up our personal database. I'm part of 2 market centers as leadership, so now I would have to add agents from both market centers…

  3. It would be nice to add a contact while I am already on a contacts page so I don't have to keep clicking on the "back to contacts " tab to back to the contacts list and click "create a new contact". I often come home from networking events and have a stack of business cards and causes extra steps in adding one new contact after another

  4. Allow the compliance chat via Command App.

    Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.

  5. Either Larger or Darker appearing text in Command Mobile app. Character text is small, light blue text hard to read, especially out in the sunlight (and older eyes!) Larger text or Darker/bold text would be so Much easier to read and less eye strain and heqdache.

  6. Most agents that are part of Business centers or mega agent offices, do not work in the area around the market center. However, the market center address is the default and cannot be overwritten in several places that are public facing. Agents are concerned that they are losing business because people think they don't serve the area they do. And they think they are serving the area of the market center is located in.

  7. It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Ideally, these posts would be created within Campaigns for simple one-click approval. This would ensure agents remain fully compliant while significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage their marketing.   10. Frequently, when I search for properties, specific neighborhoods are not available as selectable options. A prime example is the community of "Westlake" in the Loxahatchee area. While the surrounding areas are visible, Westlake itself is missing. This happens with many other neighborhoods as well.
    This problem also carries over to the Design Center, as these same communities are often unavailable when I try to create a "Neighborhood Snap."

  11. I am starting to farm specific neighborhoods I am known in and would like to start sending mail on a monthly basis to these neighborhoods. But as it sits right now Command only allows postcards. I would like to be able to send flyers at least or potentially a folder or something different to stand out and have the ability to upload my own designs. I use only Canva to make my designs and that is also not allowing me to resize them to the right size for the postcards in command.

  12. To save some time and clicks, the "Sync Transaction" button should be available also under the Documents tab in Opportunities. It can still be in its original spot, but add this option as well just to make it more convenient for agents.

    I'm writing to express concern about the limited functionality of Gemini Pro within our system at KW. When it was first released, our agents had access to a variety of features that were incredibly popular and are now no longer available.

    Some of the most missed features include:

    Staging photos of vacant properties

    Prompts to create images and flyers for social media

    Prompts to generate videos

  14. Create a Listing Search module that is customizable so you can create hyper local pages with searches embedded on the page. Other site like Real Geeks offer this and it can be huge for lead generation and hyper local data which is something KW loves to push for.

  15. When a document is signed from the opportunity using DocuSign, there is no way to retrieve a copy of the certificate after the fact. Because of this, the certificate should be added to the opportunity automatically in case a lawyer ever asks for it.

  17. Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

  19. Porch but with REAL QUOTES

    We use to have Porch Repair Estimate Generator within every command opportunity. The problem with the estimate, we weren’t connected with someone that would actually make the repair for the price provided.

    There’s an app that you can send handyman and really any repair job out to and real professionals will give a quote. Once job approved by person who requested the job, communications will open up. It’s free for the party needing repairs. The contractor pays for credit for the leads. And, contractor is only charged credit when job accepted.
