Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Having a Lost Opportunity Reflect that when in a contacts Opportunities with out having to go into the Opportunites. Example we have a buyer who was purchasing a town home that got to the stage Contingent and Phase Under Contract. How ever it did not go through. We have tagged it as Lost Oppotunities. However if we go into the contacts Opps Tab it still shows Stage Contingent and Phase under contract. It should show there it is a lost Opportunity without having to go in Opportunity.

  2. we need more and recent neighbourhoods uploaded into the "neighbourhoods" box so this information can correctly send out the Monthly Neighbourhood smart plan...

  3. When looking at the "All Opportunities" view it would be helpful if non-compliant opportunities could be highlighted so we can quickly and easily see which files need attention.

  5. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  7. On the left-hand side of Command, we have great access to Contacts, SmartPlans, Referrals, etc.—but what would be incredibly helpful is the addition of a centralized Saved Search management area.

    Right now, the only way to manage a client's saved search is by going into their individual profile, and even then, we can't see which properties matched their criteria, what’s been sent, or how often. Since the emails are coming from a "no-reply" address, it’s difficult to track communication or follow up effectively.

  8. Having an email address for each opportunity, so when I receive documents from the other side of a deal I can forward them to Command and NOT need to download documents before putting them into the Opportunity. Other platforms (SkySlope is an example) have had this feature for years.

  9. I had a few suggestions based on both my experience and feedback from clients:

    Map Placement: Would it be possible to move the area map and the “similar properties” section higher up in the listing description? Right now, they're placed all the way at the bottom, which can be a bit confusing—especially with the other map showing the specific neighborhood.

    Map Consolidation: If there's a way to combine both maps into a single, more streamlined view, that would be incredibly helpful and improve the user experience.

  10. When doing a saved search for a client, there isn't an easy way to suggest properties through KW Command.

    Is there a way we can click into the specific saved search we have set up for a contract, and recommend properties to that client?

    Being able to see the properties that align with that specific search within Command would be incredibly helpful, because the only way we can do that is through our local MLS.

  11. Whenever a client unsubscribes from an email, they unsubscribe from "all email communication." Is there a way we can provide a way for clients to opt out of specific communication (campaign lists, smart plans, etc.) or all communication altogether or allow the person in our database to reach out to us specifically to adjust their communication preferences before deciding to unsubscribe?

    I've had clients unsubscribe from newsletters, but would still like to get property notifications, or vice versa.

    This could help us reduce our unsubscribe rates on email campaigns, and improve client/agent satisfaction.

  13. I have several contacts in my database who are looking across several towns for the same type of property in the same price point.

    Right now the only way I can do this is by setting up several searches across the different towns. What this requires me to do is copy each search exactly since I can't clone it, which is incredibly time consuming.

    Could you create a way to add multiple cities under a single saved search, so that way when a property meeting that criteria within either of those cities comes available, the client is notified?

  14. Can you please make it more obvious when an opportunity is approved for commission (the file is complete) maybe send a notification to the agent AND turn the file a different color or send off confetti......

  15. Is there a way to add a custom graphic into our signature for automated and Bulk Action emails? Branding is a critical aspect of my business plan and not being able to do so creates less value when obtaining capitalization.

  18. clients and leads need to be able to set up searches and neighborhood updates specifically for the communities within the current La Quinta Beat 45 area. For example my farm is PGA West but I cannot set a search for my farm/neighborhood because it pulls in all of the other communities within this La Quinta Beat 45 area--- which I have never heard it called anywhere but on this KW site. People search for speciic country clubs here, not as much general areas or cities.

  20. Ability to add contacts to a mailer campaign. For example: have a seller lead on a weekly or monthly mailer postcard campaign to stay top of mind. Similar to emails and text. This is just another way to stay in touch physically. Mailbox power is a third party tool that offers this ability but it would be better if I can manage it from command.
