To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be so lovely if we could download (to an Excel or google Spreadsheet) our log of tasks instead of scrolling through each page of tasks.

  2. With the increasing usage of AI note taking devices that export notes and conversations as a PDF file, agents need the ability to add those notes to the contact. Current note limitation where it takes several paragraphs and turns them into one long mess is useless.

    Clean outline and transcription on the pdf will help agents who use these call recording and note taking devices instead of asking agent to type in one thing and have platform try to make it all one long sentence.

  5. SmartPlans have been created as "people" plans... keeping in touch with our people. I'm currently trying to connect Opportunities-Checklists with SmartPlans to create a hybrid Transaction Plan, where tasks are performed, some automatically through SmartPlans and some tasks are manual and individually done by team members through the checklists. Currently, though, only checklist items are allowed to "time" them to be done Before/After a Smart Date. We need this ability in SmartPlans also so we can time the SmartPlans within our Opportunity Phases and Stages.

  6. Create or integrate bookkeeping, income, and expense software, such as what KW used to have through Hurdlr. Perhaps integrating a partnership with Quickbooks?

  11. When creating Direct Mail Campaigns in Command, it should check the contacts selected for duplicate addresses and not send multiple postcards to the same address.

  12. When using phone number merge field in Smartplans, remove +1 and add dashes. Also in marketing profile it should show the dashes.

  14. In a Contact record that has a saved email address, when I right click on the email address hyperlink, there is no option to click "copy email address". This is a feature in many applications. It would be helpful to quickly copy from this Contact view screen instead of having to click Edit contact to then copy. This new option would save a step.

Agent Hailee Fliam reported that her website is displaying location information for Lincoln, but she wants it to show Omaha, as her office is based in Omaha while her broker is located in Lincoln. Currently, this information is not customizable because it is pulled from the core data of the agent's profile and defaults to the first associated Market Center.

    It was confirmed that the only way to change this information would be for the agent to leave the current Market Center, which is not an ideal solution. A feature request has been suggested to make this information customizable in…

  16. Currently, when an agent enables Keller Home Loans (KHL) on their KW website or mobile app, the leads generated through the “Save Thousands” / KHL promotion are routed to the generic KHL site and then assigned to loan officers outside of the agent’s control. This creates two major issues:

    The lead originated from the agent’s KW site but is assigned to another loan officer, causing the agent to lose the opportunity.

    Since KHL loan officers are often dual-career (loan officer + realtor), this may also result in losing the lead to another real estate agent.

  20. download a list of my contacts that clicked on the link within my SmartPlan. Those are ideal follow up calls, and right now you have to manually write down the Email address and individually search the database. We need the ability to download the list of contacts, with complete contact information, that opened an Email or clicked on a link in an Email.
