Frequently, when I search for properties, specific neighborhoods are not available as selectable options. A prime example is the community of "Westlake" in the Loxahatchee area. While the surrounding areas are visible, Westlake itself is missing. This happens with many other neighborhoods as well.
This problem also carries over to the Design Center, as these same communities are often unavailable when I try to create a "Neighborhood Snap."
Having complete and accurate neighborhood data is critical. Could you please look into why these areas are not in your system and let me know if there are plans to update the database?
