The icon could also indicate a number representing current task count as it appears when you are on the contact page.

I often have challenges populating accurate neighborhoods. Some just don't exist. Most recently upon selecting on neighborhood the map auto selected another neighborhood which was completely different in pricing, etc. Upon further expanding the map the actual neighborhood streets I needed was not even included in the one that was original selection. Things are off and this could be better. In addition, finding neighborhoods in "designs" as a "snap shot" are extremely difficult and often missing neighborhoods.
