Even the ability to customize an area for largely populated areas would be great. We have clients that love the focused neighborhood nurture smartplans but they are requesting to also see the broader view for the whole city in places like Alexandria, VA and Baltimore, MD.

I cannot add this feature to so many of my contacts because their neighborhood is not available and I LOVE this feature. It's one of the best smartplans that are offered. I just need it to work. Thank you for your consideration.

Greetings, I am from Keller Williams Sanjuan, Puerto Rico. observing the neighbors area tab in the contacts area. I am trying to classify clients by county or municipality in Puerto Rico, there are 78 of them, however the system does not let me do it. I know that in addition to the counties or municipalities there are the neighborhoods or areas within them, however for us here in Puerto Rico it would be easier by municipalities. If this update is possible, we would also appreciate it. Thus, when making smartplans, among others, we can take a specific area. Puerto Rico is not a very large island, it is easy to classify that way.

in some rural areas there are no neighbourhoods, allowing us to set a radius from the home address would allow us to set them on neighbourhood nurture!

It would be awesome to have the ability to draw custom boundaries for neighborhoods in Command as some towns do not have neighborhoods associated with them.

Command has a pretty comprehensive neighborhood/city list to add to our contacts Smartplans. We are running into missing neighborhoods and citys, especially less populated areas, leaving out clients looking in these spots.

Hi, I was told to come here to get a few neighborhoods added. We can start with The Dunes of Naples in Naples, FL. It's an older community, but for some reason isn't selectable on on neighborhoods search. It's 7 highrise buildings and a clubhouse. I've included screen shots so you know where it is. Please implement a project to update metro neighborhoods nation wide. Many cities have grown the new developments have not shown up

I have read other posts similar to my request. However, these posts are from last year, 2023. As agents we need to give market info for specific neighborhoods to our contacts and clients.
I notice there are some neighborhoods in my local market that are available and most others that are not.
This feature is not of any use if we can not add the locations needed. Please look at this in a more serious way and help us. Thank you. Dutchess County NY

Specifically missing one I want to target that shows up on the maps of neighboring snapshots but the one I need isnt there.

This nextdoor neighborhood must be split in half on SW 112th Ave. To the West is a townhouse community named "Sonoma", to the East is a rental community named, "The Palms at Doral". Would you please update it?

This community is Las Cascadas @ Doral, you may leave out the @ Doral part. It's currently showing as Doral (only), which happens to be the name of the City. Can you correct this, please?

The neighborhood boundaries need to be adjusted so every property falls within a neighborhood. When I set up a neighborhood for a contact, I can look at the map and see where all of the neighborhood boundaries are. A good majority of homes don't fall into any of the neighborhood boundaries that are set up, and I'm talking about a metro area. I find this tool fairly useless at this point with how fragmented the neighborhoods are.

The neighborhood boundaries are awful in a lot of rural America.

Please give us the ability to draw our own neighborhoods. It looks like the hesitation from KWRI is figuring out how to have a master set of neighborhoods for the Market Center and KW.com.

This is easy. Let the Market Center adopt the boundaries from an agent that has already drawn them. This then becomes the default set of neighborhood boundaries for MC sites, KW.com, and new agents. Individual agents can then choose to use this set or draw their own. This doesn't need to be overly complex.

This is vital that we have the ability to draw our own boundaries as this is a core feature in the consumer experience. This affects the agent's ability to use the MNN, consumer app, agent sights, neighborhood snaps, saved searches, etc. Agents in rural areas are being left behind and are missing out on the tools that KW is building. Please, please, please, unlock this functionality.
