To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 


How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. There is only one contact card available on front landing page; I would like to create another contact form newsletters or other features. Trying to find a way to give an option for people to opt-in to my exclusive newsletter and automatically add contact to database from app. ☺️

  2. The KW Consumer App needs smarter search and collaboration tools because clients expect advanced search features like drawing custom areas, commute filters, and more flexible filters. The current experience can feel limited compared to competitors such as Zillow or Redfin.

    Suggested improvements include:
    - Adding a “Draw Your Own Area” map search, commute-time and lifestyle-based filters
    - Enabling KW-exclusive listing highlights
    - Developing buyer and seller dashboards to include timelines, reminders and tips, and to-do lists
    - Enabling in-app agent-client chat on saved homes
    - Incorporating push notifications and alerts tailored to behavior and preferences

  5. After an offer is accepted, clients often feel unsure about what happens next. Meanwhile, agents must manually send reminders and juggle vendors and key dates utilizing multiple, non-integrated products and processes. Communications can be muddled and not consistent. Agents need to provide a branded, structured experience that continues through closing—and even after the sale.

    Suggested Improvements include:
    - Adding a closing timeline with calendar sync
    - Including task lists for inspections, appraisals, final walk-through
    - Integrating agent-recommended vendors (inspectors, movers, etc.)
    - After closing, launching a home maintenance log and equity tracker
    - Offer refinance alerts and future service check-ins

As part of the effort to transform the KW Consumer App into a full-featured client portal, an Offer and Contract Management Hub needs to be developed because once a client is ready to make an offer, the process often moves outside the app (email, PDFs, separate platforms), leading to confusion and dropped communications.

    Suggested Improvements include:
    - Enabling offer submissions directly in the app
    - Adding real-time offer tracking with status updates
    - Integrating with DocuSign or Dotloop for e-signatures
    - Centralizing disclosures, contracts, and documents
    - Adding secure in-app chat threads for agents, clients, and coordinators

  7. Bring back the ability to see neighborhood info pages by clicking on the neighborhood in consumer APP. This was an incredible tool for clients that has disappeared with the update.

  8. I am in the Agent Service role at my Brokerage and communication with our agents is difficult. I would like an APP that I could post in like we do our Facebook group page. I feel that it is hard to get them to sign into FB, but if there were an app that they could download that would alert them to just our notifications that would be an extremely helpful app

  9. I’d like to raise a concern regarding the Market Center Associate Rankings (or Agent Rankings by type) no longer being available on the KWI website. We now have to download the report from Command, which we’ve been doing in order to continue sending it out to all KW Heritage agents on a monthly basis.

    However, we’ve received some negative feedback—mostly related to the layout of the new report. It's not as user-friendly, especially on mobile devices, and has proven harder to read.

  10. Sometimes we just want to view all homes that have had price reductions, not just the ones within the last 7 days. I'm in a market where some homes are on the market for months at a time, and it would be nice to have this as a filter.

  12. I have very strong incentives for people to sign up to get a Free Home Valuation from me.... so much so that if I require the phone number they will most likely give it to me. It would be a muchmore valuable lead for me if I am able to contact them by phone. Can this be done?

  13. Why is it useful?

    Imagine the situation: An agent sends the link of their consumer app to a buyer. The buyer accesses the consumer app, gets amazed by the properties they see and decides to share some listings with their family and friends.

    Instead of the agent having their network expanded by these new contacts, these new contacts come into contact with other random agents, as the consumer application shared kw.com links and not links that led to their agent website.

    Who would benefit from it?

  14. My main concern is that listing updates—such as price improvements or other changes—take too long to reflect on the platform. This delay can create confusion for both agents and clients who are actively following a property.
    I’d love to see more real-time syncing or faster update times to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information is being shown.

  15. No commerccial properties area able to be viewed on the KW APP . ALL MLS listings should be automatically syndicated to the APP without exclusions so All the clients needs can be serviced.

  16. Shareable searches on Agent or Consumer App. This would allow us to create a search for our potential client and send them a link from the app. I don’t know how our app doesn’t do this?

  17. A report to see the list of people who downloaded that agent's KW app.
    We only see our ranking and the number of downloads on the report available on mykw but we're not seeing any list of people of downloaded it. Thank you!

  18. I use Google voice regularly for most of my business communication. Is there a way to sync Google Voice with KW command? This way we can see all communication (calls (including duration) and texts).
