    As part of lead engagement and client communication, messages that include an image or short video consistently have higher open and engagement rates compared to standard SMS-only texts.

    Currently, SMS-only messages often lead to lower engagement and can even trigger higher unsubscribe rates. Adding Twilio MMS as an option in Command (including SmartPlans) would significantly improve communication effectiveness and client experience.
